Ohio State lands top-10 offensive tackle Carter Lowe.
Carter Lowe, an offensive tackle in need of assistance, was added to the Ohio State Buckeyes’ 2025 recruiting class, providing depth to a critical position.
Carter Lowe, a four-star offensive tackle, will be moving south to play for the Ohio State Buckeyes in 2025.
On Saturday afternoon, Lowe declared his allegiance to the Buckeyes, selecting them above the Georgia Bulldogs, Alabama Crimson Tide, and Michigan Wolverines.
“To me, the culture stood out overall,” Lowe said to On3. “I realized that I had to take part in it. From the beginning, they have truly made me feel at home. There was nothing like the bond I shared with Coach Day and Coach Frye.”
For Lowe, who presently attends Whitmer High School and lives close to Toledo, Ohio, Ohio State is not a far drive. He’ll be away from his roots in the northern regions of the state for just over two hours in
