Michigan State signed 18 recruits for its 2024 class during the early signing period in December, including four-star receiver Nick Marsh and three-star Austin Clay. Three-star linebacker Jadyn Walker, who is also being recruited by USC, is the only player who committed to the Spartans but did not sign in December.

Brown is the Spartans’ second 2024 scholarship commitment since the early signing period, joining kicker Martin Connington, who committed on Monday. The traditional signing period begins February 7.
