Rangers terminate the contract of a former Wild forward.

The New York Rangers placed the former Wild forward on unconditional waivers Wednesday with the intention of terminating his contract.

Marat Khusnutdinov, the 2020 second-round selection, has rapidly risen through the Wild’s prospect pool and appears to be considering a move to Minnesota following his KHL season’s conclusion.
