According to acclaimed journalist Alan Nixon, Darren Moore is Port Vale’s first choice to replace Andy Crosby.
Following Crosby’s dismissal after a 3-0 loss to Fleetwood Town, Nixon stated that Moore’s appointment is the club’s primary priority. Nixon said that Moore might be open to a speedy reversal, with the Valiants reportedly aiming to install a new head as quickly as possible. Moore’s expertise and victory ratio may make him a more appealing proposition for Vale fans than some of the other candidates for the role.
