The New Jersey Devils appear like themselves again after just 52 games.
At Bridgestone Arena on Tuesday night, they thrashed the Predators 4-2, outshooting Nashville with 88 shots on goal and 4.76 expected goals. For the first time this season, they won both of their back-to-back games flawlessly. They’ve even managed to combine their distinctive scoring touch with their new, conventional defensive zone structure.
