“He has been a huge part of the club’s success over the last 15 seasons and there’s no question he will go down in history as one of the best forwards to wear the Roosters jersey,” Trent Robinson, the coach of the Roosters, said.

The Canberra Raiders have re-signed forward Pasami Saulo for another two seasons till the end of 2026.

Saulo joined the Green Machine from the Knights in 2023 and was a key member of Ricky Stuart’s forward pack, appearing in 22 games.

“We’re moving in the right direction to be the best in the comp so I’m really excited and that’s why I chose to stay,” he added.

“It’s good for my family too, they are settled in and we love it here.”

Bradman Best, a NSW Origin centre, has signed a three-year contract extension with the Knights, extending his stay in Newcastle until at least 2027.
