When 11 areas were averaged—travel, treatment of families, food/cafeteria/nutritionist/dietician, locker room, training room, training staff, weight room, strength coaches, head coach, and ownership—the Buccaneers came in 24th place overall among the 32 NFL clubs.

Additionally, the Bucs received a “D-” for ownership and a “F” for how they treated families. Strength coaches received a “A-” as their highest grade.

The Bucs have seen tremendous success in recent years, despite several concerns that players have about the way the team is managed.

Tampa Bay has won three straight division titles, a franchise record, and has advanced to the playoffs four times in a row—tied for the longest stretch in team history.

dly stated that Bucs players who are not starters or who have played in the league for four years or less had to pay the team $1,750 to have their own room during the previous season, according to Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports.

The Bucs, along with the Tennessee Titans and Washington Commanders, were the only three clubs in the poll to receive a “F” mark for travel.

According to Jones, 1,706 NFL players were surveyed, representing nearly 76% of the league and a rise from the 60% of players surveyed the previous year.
