The San Francisco 49ers and Nick Bosa have reached an agreement on a five-year, $170 million contract deal, sources informed ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Wednesday.

The guaranteed portion of the deal is $122.5 million. According to reports, he will become the highest-paid defensive player in history.

That exceeds Aaron Donald’s $31 million annual contract by $34 million.

ESPN notes Bosa should be fit to play on Sunday against Pittsburgh.
