Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, was ordered by a judge to undergo a paternity test in order to ascertain if he is the biological father of a woman who filed a lawsuit against him last year.
The Dallas Morning News was able to get records that stated the decision was made following a hearing earlier this month.According to court records, Alexandra Davis, 27, has stated that DNA testing has verified her mother’s ex-husband is not her father.
Kris Hayes, the attorney for Davis, stated, “We hope other families will have that same benefit from the judge following the law.” “Alex is in a position where she really no longer has to hide her truth or live under the thumb of fear, and maybe she’s going to finally get some peace.”
