According to Frank Seravalli, the Philadelphia Flyers have evaluated the trade market for Nick Seeler and Sean Walker with due diligence. Additionally, he says that by Friday’s trade deadline, one of the two will probably be transferred.
Walker is 29 and Seeler is 30, thus it is impossible to determine which player deserves a longer contract based only on age. Walker’s skill and skating prowess this season make him a better choice to keep, but by the same reasoning, Walker would definitely be worth more in a trade than Seeler.
