A few weeks ago, quarterback Max Johnson, formerly of Texas A&M and LSU, committed to the UNC football program. Currently, tight end Jake Johnson, an Aggie and his brother, has joined him. Their father, Brad Johnson, is a former Florida State signal caller, Super Bowl XXXVII champion, and 17-year NFL veteran.
Jake Johnson spent the last weekend in Chapel Hill. It’s also important to remember that the 6-foot-6, 240-pound former four-star recruit from Oconee County High School in Georgia had a prep offer from the Tar Heels.
