BREAKING NEWS: He is back

Sammy Sosa, an icon of the Cubs, returned to Chicago on Friday.

This is his first trip back to the city in a long time.

Before attending many events in the town, Sosa stopped by the “Steve Cochran Show”.

He claims that because he hasn’t lived in Chicago for a long time, he hasn’t even seen the upgrades to Wrigley Field.

To express their devotion, fans have been pleading with Sosa to come back to the welcoming grounds.

Since the Cubs and he broke up in 2004, there has been no communication between them. The Ricketts have the upper hand, according to Sosa.

“I must admit, I missed being back here. “I think it will be great to see the people and spend time here normally,” Sosa stated. “Let’s see what happens; I’m accessible and here. Though I believe it will take time.”

It’s thought that Sosa’s refusal to acknowledge using steroids is preventing any reconciliation.

The first player in MLB history to hit 60 home runs in three separate seasons is Sosa.
