Wade Miley (LHP) reported left shoulder and groyne pain.
Expected Return:Miley missed his first Cactus League start on March 21 due to groyne pain. He threw a bullpen instead.
“He felt it a little bit,” manager Pat Murphy said, adding that “he’ll obviously not be ready” for the regular season, which begins on March 28.
“We’re using a solid cause to say we don’t want him to leave too soon. We want him to make solid starts when he is healthy all season. We’d like to say 33 starts, but that’s probably unrealistic.
