In the Sweet 16 showdown on Thursday, No. 1 UNC will try to slow down No. 4 Alabama’s high-octane offence.

As impressive as Alabama’s offence is, it was their defence that dominated their Round of 32 game, limiting No. 12 Grand Canyon University to just 61 points. Of course, North Carolina is much more difficult to defend, but if Alabama’s defence can withstand UNC at a rate comparable to what we saw against GCU, the Crimson Tide will have an excellent chance of winning.
