David Warner will don Australian colours once again as head coach Andrew McDonald gets his team ready for the USA and West Indies-hosted T20 World Cup.

Warner announced his retirement from the ODI format in addition to red ball cricket, which was already declared ahead of the SCG Test.

He is still available, though, for Australia’s Twenty20 team. According to McDonald, he will play in the team’s next three home games against the West Indies and their three matches against the Black Caps in New Zealand.
