
Michael Burton, a former Rutgers fullback, will continue his NFL career after signing a one-year contract with the Denver Broncos. Coincidentally, another former Scarlet Knight, Jason McCourty, tweeted about the signing.
“Mike Burton agreed to terms to go back to the #Broncos on a one year deal,” McCourty wrote on his Twitter account. “Burton offers plenty of versatility as a fullback and key contributor on special teams.”

Burton joined the Broncos last season, after his old head coach Sean Peyton took over. Burton signed a guaranteed deal last year, but the terms of his new one-year contract are yet to be released.
