From the NHL’s Department of Player Safety:

“Anaheim Ducks winger Ryan Strome has been fined $5,000, the maximum amount permitted by the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for cross-checking Seattle Kraken forward Tye Kartye during Thursday’s NHL game.
.
“The event occurred at 4:50 in the third period. Strome received a minor penalty for cross-checking.
Strome was not the only one. Here’s a screenshot of the official Event Summary from Seattle’s 4-2 triumph. Eight of the Ducks’ 12 penalties were called in the third period, with four of them being cross-checks.
