While the majority of Alabama’s recruiting class 2024 has already been confirmed, there are a few noteworthy storylines to keep an eye on now that the actual national signing period has begun.
The Crimson Tide’s whole offseason shifted when Nick Saban unexpectedly announced his retirement on January 10. The 72-year-old had been with the program since 2007, helping to build one of college football’s most dominant dynasties.
Kalen DeBoer has the onerous task of succeeding Saban, but he has a solid track record of developing programs. He led Fresno State to a.500 record in his debut season in 2020 before winning 10 games the following year.
