The Wild announced today that they have recalled goalkeeper Jesper Wallstedt from Iowa.
Wallstedt, the 20th overall pick in the 2021 draft, has spent two seasons in the AHL, posting a 39-34-8 record with a 2.72 goals-against-average and a.908 save percentage. He has three shutouts in his 81 career AHL games.
Peyton Jones is 12-71-1 in 32 ECHL games with the Iowa Heartlanders, with a 3.17 goals-against-average and.900 save percentage. This season, he has also played two games with the Iowa Wild.
