Free agency is winding down, but the Pittsburgh Steelers’ front office remains active. All of the main Pro Days have completed, and Omar Khan and Mike Tomlin can finally rest their feet at home. Pre-draft visits, on the other hand, are rapidly increasing.

According to Mark Kaboly of The Athletic, signing Tyler Boyd in free agency is a “long shot, at best”. Boyd allegedly had a lot of interest, but the two sides were at odds.

After dealing Diontae Johnson, Pittsburgh signed veterans Van Jefferson and Quez Watkins to fill their receiver needs. The acquisitions do not outweigh the losses, since Allen Robinson and Miles Boykin have both left. The Steelers’ top 30 pre-draft visits show that they are looking to fill a vacancy early in the NFL Draft.
