
DeForest Buckner became the latest defensive tackle to receive a large paycheck this summer.
Buckner has signed an extension with the Indianapolis Colts, the team announced Monday.

The annual breakdown of Buckner’s extension is unclear. According to Spotrac, the Colts will have $76.2 million in salary cap space for the 2025 season, allowing them to backload contracts to maximize flexibility for the following season.
