Aaron Bradshaw might return for another college season. It just won’t be in Kentucky.
Bradshaw, a 7-foot-1, 226-pound freshman forward for the Wildcats last season, stated Monday that he would look into his NBA draft options while simultaneously entering the transfer portal. Bradshaw’s decision came as UK coach John Calipari was anticipated to leave to take over the Arkansas program. Bradshaw is Kentucky’s second player to enter the gate this summer, following sophomore forward Adou Thiero.
“To the incredible Wildcats fans, my teammates, coaches, and supporters, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the unwavering support you have shown me throughout my time at the University of Kentucky,” Bradshaw wrote Monday in a post on his personal Instagram page.
