Bair is well-known as one of the quickest athletes in the country, but he hopes to open more eyes with his technique this week.
“I’m hoping to prove I’m better than everybody thinks leading up to this,” he was quoted as saying. “I believe everyone knows I’m pretty athletic based on my track timings and numbers, but I’m just trying to establish that I’m a terrific route runner who can also play the position very well. I believe I can truly open some people’s eyes to how terrific of a receiver I am, not simply an athletic.”
“They are recruiting high-level interior and defensive players to play in the Big Ten. They just want more athletes. “I really like those guys.”
Troy Franklin and Tez Johnson just established records with the Ducks, and Bair sees playing in Will Stein’s system as one of the reasons the school is so appealing.
