After a courageous victory over the Bulldogs, Ricky Stuart is eager to celebrate with his 1994 Raiders teammates by going out on the town.
The Raiders had to play six minutes with 11 men after Josh Papalii and Jordan Rapana were sin-binned, so it wasn’t easy.
But in front of a number of club veterans, a double from Hudson Young in the second half and Rapana’s boot helped them earn their seventh victory of the year.
With stars like Laurie Dailey and Bradley Clyde in attendance at Suncorp Stadium for the reunion, the Raiders commemorated their victory over the Bulldogs in the 1994 Grand Final, which they had won 30 years before.
After a furious conclusion, Stuart appeared to be very emotional on the sidelines, demonstrating how significant the victory was to him.
