The Blue Jays have a terrible 21-25 record and are last in the AL East. Given the competitive nature of the competition, could Toronto contemplate relocating its two superstars?

Mark Feinsand of MLB.com reports that the Blue Jays may consider dealing Bo Bichette and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. this summer.

“I don’t think they’re opposed to it,” an AL executive told Feinsand. “They’ve spoken with teams about it. The requests were outrageous, but I believe they will try to retool a lot, and employing those folks to collect components may be one method to do it.”

Braves Memorable Season Is Over.

FanGraphs reports the Blue Jays’ postseason chances are at a season-low 21.3 percent following Monday’s games. If the Blue Jays do not make the playoffs this season, they will have one final season with club control of Bichette and Vlad Jr., who are both set to become free agents after the 2025 season.

After a difficult start to the season, Vlad Jr. has gone on a tear, batting.406/.481/.493 since April 28. Despite a.394 slugging percentage this season, his offense is expected to improve, similar to last year’s stats. Bichette, however, has a career-worst start to a season with a.622 OPS.
