Panic erupted this afternoon as a massive fire engulfed part of Alabama Stadium, triggered by an explosion from a trailer carrying highly flammable FlameX gas canisters.
The blast occurred shortly before 3 PM in the stadium’s loading zone, sending a fireball into the air and shaking nearby buildings. Thick smoke could be seen for miles as emergency crews raced to control the growing flames.
According to eyewitnesses, the trailer had just arrived with supplies when the explosion occurred. The exact cause remains under investigation, but officials suspect a leak or spark may have ignited the cargo.
Firefighters are currently battling the blaze, and the area has been evacuated. Authorities report several minor injuries, but no fatalities have been confirmed so far.
