The Chiefs certainly have a more potent passing offense than the Steelers do, but it won’t matter if their receivers aren’t on the field.

Having a healthy Rashee Rice will be of utmost importance to Mahomes, as they connected for 130 yards and a touchdown in the Chiefs’ wild card victory over the Dolphins.

Travis Kelce is also fully healthy, so Mahomes will have his most reliable weapon available regardless of his receivers.

The Chiefs-Bills matchup on Sunday will be Mahomes’ first road playoff game in his NFL career.

Outside of the Super Bowl, the Chiefs have earned home field advantage every year since Mahomes became the starter.

Noah Gray, Rashee Rice, and Marquez Valdes-Scantling were all full participants in Thursday’s practice despite their injuries.

Gray was designated with a rib injury, Rice with a hamstring injury, and Valdes-Scantling with an oblique injury.

Patrick Mahomes will need his offense healthy going into a crucial matchup against the Bills.

In the Wild Card, the Bills held the Steelers to 17 points and only allowed 324 total yards.
