A clear and troubling news Titans Release First Injury Report Ahead of Week 15 Matchup Against Houston Texans

While the Tennessee Titans are coming off one of the biggest upsets of the NFL season, Wednesday’s game against the Houston Texans served as a reminder that this team is extremely short-handed.

On Wednesday, the team released their first injury report of Week 15, and while the session was only a walkthrough, it provided us with insight into the status of several players.

The biggest story of the day was the injury to cornerback Kristian Fulton. Fulton was expected to be out for several weeks after being injured against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 14, but being placed on injured reserve was unexpected. Kyle Peko, a defensive lineman, was also placed on injured reserve.

Denico Autry, Aaron Brewer, Jack Gibbens, Kyle Philips, Kevin Rader, Jeffery Simmons, Josh Whyle, and Teair Tart were among the players who did not participate. Tart was listed as not being injured.

Another five players were listed as limited. The group consisted of Daniel Brunskill, Will Levis, Sean Murphy-Bunting, K’Von Wallace, and DeAndre Hopkins, with Hopkins listed as a rest day.

While many of the players listed would be a huge loss if they were to miss Sunday’s game, it is not yet time to panic. As a reminder, the session on Wednesday was a walkthrough, and the Titans had just played the night before, so the coaches were most likely being extremely cautious with participation.

The Houston Texans have their own injury concerns, including starting quarterback C.J. Stroud, who is dealing with a concussion. In addition to Stroud, injured players include edge rusher Will Anderson, linebacker Blake Cashman, wide receiver Nico Collins, offensive tackle George Fant, cornerback Tavierre Thomas, and offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil. All were absent from Wednesday’s practice.
