Badel provides update on Broncos' off-season movements

Pangai Junior went to Brisbane to live after leaving the Bulldogs, and the 27-year-old was spotted at Broncos training last week, sparking suspicion that he was aiming for a comeback to the NRL.

He is close friends with Pat Carrigan and Payne Haas, with Carrigan expressing his desire to see Pangai Junior “back at the Broncos”.

Brisbane now has a few vacancies in their forward group as Tom Flegler, Kurt Capewell, and Keenan Palasia all left the club in free agency.

A player of Pangai Junior’s caliber would be well received this season as the Broncos look to rebound from a painful loss to Penrith in the 2023 grand final.
