Las Vegas Raiders confirm The QB Makes the Raiders a Playoff Team in 2024

Which quarterback will the Raiders make a playoff team in 2024? RGIII reveals.
As the NFL season draws to a close, a lot of attention will turn to the draft. Among the teams with a dire need for a quarterback is the Las Vegas Raiders, and there is one rookie that seems to fit right away.

Robert Griffin III, a former quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, thinks the Raiders should find a way to sign LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels.

In an interview on January 24, Griffin said to Adrian Hernandez, “They gotta go get their quarterback.” “I think that’s Jayden Daniels from LSU,” Arizona State is where [Antonio] Pierce recruited, and in my opinion, Jayden Daniels automatically elevates the Raiders to the postseason. His ability to run the football, throw the football, and mentally defeat them Without a doubt, with Jayden Daniels as quarterback, they are a playoff club.

Because to his play in the previous season, the 2023 Heisman Trophy winner surged up draft boards and appears to be a top-three choice. Daniels and the Raiders have a close relationship because head coach Antonio Pierce oversaw Daniels’ recruiting at Arizona State prior to his transfer. Daniels even attended the Raiders’ Week 18 game against the Broncos in Denver to show his support for the head coach.

The Las Vegas Raiders are Jayden Daniels’ ideal fit.

Beyond his relationship with Antonio Pierce, Jayden Daniels fits in well with the Raiders. The 33rd Team’s Marcus Mosher explained why Las Vegas is the ideal location for the young quarterback.

In a column published on January 25, Mosher stated, “The Raiders have a good offensive line and several quality weapons, like Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers, and Michael Mayer.” They require a dynamic quarterback with the ability to design huge plays. They need the “guy” to tie everything together, even if they have the offensive players to form a strong unit.

Daniels would fit in wonderfully with this, both on and off the field. In 2023, the Raiders were a competitive team, but they were boring to watch. Daniels might liven up Las Vegas and catapult the Raiders into the title race right away. It would also be excellent to pass the ball to Adams, Meyers, and Mayer.

Since 2002, the Raiders have only made two trips to the postseason. The defense seems to have been addressed by Pierce and defensive coordinator Patrick Graham, but the offense is currently having serious problems. Acquiring a playmaker such as Daniels would significantly enhance the Raiders’ roster, making them more competitive in the AFC West.

Is Jayden Daniels a Possible Acquisition for the Las Vegas Raiders?

Though it might not be feasible, Jayden Daniels makes a ton of sense in Las Vegas. With the first three picks in the draft, the New England Patriots, Chicago Bears, and Washington Commanders are probably going to select quarterbacks.

Daniels is probably not going to move past the No. 3 pick since he is regarded as the second or third best quarterback in the class. Though it seems doubtful, it’s possible that as the draft approaches, his stock begins to decline and the Raiders get a chance to select him. In order to acquire Daniels, Las Vegas will probably need to contact a team that is selected in the top three and present them with an irresistible offer.
