But (Sean) Walker, (Nick) Seeler, some of the other guys in their group, and possibly even Claude Giroux. For example, where do you see Claude Giroux, and is it possible that he will return there? It’s, what do you see?
Friedman: Are you trying to tell us something here, Weekesy?

Friedman: “I’ll tell you that’s a nice scoop, Weekesy. If that happens, because I haven’t heard that one. You beat me to it, I must say. I haven’t heard anything about Giroux with Philadelphia, but this is what I believe will happen.
I think they recently signed Owen Tippett. He wasn’t an unrestricted free agent, but they wanted to know that he had a long-term commitment to them. And now they are wedded to each other.
I suppose they’ll try to sign Nick Seeler. And I think that one will happen. I don’t know for sure, but as you ask me right now, at 6:13 p.m. Eastern on this Monday night, I lean towards what will happen.
I also believe they will take a run and prolong Travis Konecny. I believe they want to maintain them and will make an effort to do so.
Walker is less likely to be signed, not because they don’t want them, but because I believe that since Drysdale arrived, he can kind of
So I think like for Walker, I’ve heard Edmonton. I’ve heard Tampa. There was some reports about that yesterday. I always wonder about with Toronto with defenseman. Toronto’s looking for D. But I think Walker is going to be out there.
So I think what you’re going to see Philly do here guys is sort of lay the groundwork for who their group is going to be for years to come. We know it’s Tippett, I think they’ll try to make it Seeler. I think they’ll try to ensure Konecny and we’ll see what else they do.
