What’s the duration of Brandon Walker’s absence?
In order to receive a formal diagnosis for his knee ailment, Walker will undergo knee scans on Sunday or Monday.

With the vision seeming to indicate a dislocated knee, though, it is likely that his season is done.

The seriousness of the injury was verified by Dockers coach Justin Longmuir during his conference after the game.

According to Longmuir, “He’s done something pretty serious.”

“He’s hurting. He will be scanned when we bring him home, but he will miss some football.”

With the loss to Collingwood, Fremantle’s season record drops to 7–10, indicating their chances of making the playoffs are rapidly dwindling.

Due to a few injuries, the Dockers’ defensive depth is currently lacking in Walker, a versatile defender.

Heath Chapman and Hayden Young are sidelined until Saturday night’s encounter at Optus Stadium against Sydney, although Brennan Cox has an ankle problem for which there is presently no treatment.

Young and Chapman are both capable of playing as adaptable defenders and taking over for Walker.
