BREAKING: Michigan Wolverines Advance to Sweet 16 with Thrilling Comeback Victory Over Texas A&M

 

In a dramatic turn of events, the Michigan Wolverines have secured their place in the NCAA Tournament’s Sweet 16 after defeating Texas A&M 91-79.

 

Despite trailing by 10 points in the second half, Michigan staged an incredible comeback led by Roddy Gayle Jr., who exploded for 21 of his 26 points in the second half alone. Vladislav Goldin also played a pivotal role, contributing 23 points and grabbing 12 rebounds. Danny Wolf added 14 points and nearly a double-double with 9 rebounds.

 

The Wolverines dominated the glass, out-rebounding Texas A&M 48–39, including a 16-15 edge in offensive boards, against one of the nation’s best rebounding teams.

 

With the win, Michigan moves on to face Auburn in the Sweet 16, continuing their tournament run with a highly anticipated matchup in Atlanta.
