
BREAKING NEWS: Mobile Family Claims 3-Year-Old Was Kidnapped After Grandmother Offered Suspect a Ride

A family in Mobile, Alabama is in shock after claiming their 2-year-old child was kidnapped by a stranger whom the child’s grandmother had offered a ride to earlier this week. According to family members, the incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon when the grandmother, while running errands, encountered a woman who appeared to be in distress and offered her a ride.
Shortly after the woman was picked up, the grandmother stopped at a convenience store. When she returned to the car, both the woman and the toddler were gone.
The Mobile Police Department has launched an urgent investigation and issued an AMBER Alert. Authorities are reviewing surveillance footage from nearby businesses and have released a description of the suspect: a woman in her mid-30s, last seen wearing a red hoodie and jeans.
“We’re begging the public—if anyone sees anything or knows anything, please contact police immediately,” said the child’s mother through tears during a press conference on Wednesday.
Officers are urging anyone with information to contact Mobile PD or call 911. The family continues to plead for the safe return of the child.
