On “The Saturday Stein Line,” NBA insider Marc Stein discussed the most recent rumors surrounding Clint Capela. According to him, the Dallas Mavericks are still keen to sign him before the regular season begins.The Mavericks are unwilling to give up. Since they are unable to make any more moves, perhaps they are done with this roster. If they had the opportunity to acquire Clint Capela from the Atlanta Hawks in a trade, they would jump at the chance.
Dallas had its sights set on Capela since the trade deadline this season. The 29-year-old recently concluded a season in which he averaged 11.0 rebounds and 12.0 points for the Atlanta Hawks.
