Ben Cabango underhit a pass, which Nathan Broadhead sprinted onto and coolly lifted into the net to give Ipswich a well-earned early lead.

Before halftime, however, Ipswich swiftly took the lead thanks to a clever finish from Conor Chaplin on a low cross from Leif Davis.Having won back-to-back away games this week, Ipswich sits three points behind second-place Leeds United in the Championship after a record of just one win in nine games.
However, Swansea had yet another discouraging day as they dropped to within four points of the relegation zone after only picking up four points from their seven league games since Luke Williams became head coach.
Twenty-four hours after Leeds had crushed Swansea at home, Ipswich had romped to victory at Millwall in midweek, sending a strong message that they are still very much in the running for the top two spots.
