KingFut understands that the Egypt international left-back was sent off from training earlier this week due to inappropriate behavior toward manager Juan Carlos Garrido, which included calling him derogatory insults.
Given El-Sayed’s behavior, Alaa Abdel-Sadek fined him 50,000 EGP, posted a notice in the players’ locker room announcing the payment, and threatened to discipline him more severely if he misrepresented the situation again.
The player was called up to the squad to play against Ismaily, even though he had to initially train alone. This is not the first time El-Sayed has been under the light for controversy, having slapped a player on the pitch a few months ago and receiving a four-match ban from the Egyptian Football Association, as well as being fined.
