The Kansas City Chiefs have re-signed several of their own defensive free agents, but one defensive back remains unsigned. Perhaps Mike Edwards, the most recent free agent, will find a new home.
The Indianapolis Colts paid a visit to former Chiefs safety Mike Edwards on Monday as part of their latest free agent search.
The Colts are an intriguing team to have on the other end of this potential trade, given that they are also reportedly interested in acquiring Chiefs cornerback L’Jarius Sneed. The reports surrounding Sneed are convoluted and contradictory, but the Colts appear to be interested in the franchise-tagged player.
