Highly-rated offensive tackle David Sanders Jr. from Providence Day in Charlotte, N.C., has been positively influenced by his experiences with the Tennessee Volunteers in his recruitment for the 2025 season.

He has emerged as a key player in the Volunteers’ efforts, standing out among other prominent national programs. Sanders consistently speaks highly of Tennessee, expressing that they are one of his top choices and among his favorite schools in the country.

Sanders, who has a connection with Tennessee commit George MacIntyre, formerly of Brentwood Academy, has strengthened his affinity for the Volunteers in recent weeks, with MacIntyre’s commitment adding to the appeal. During the open period, seven schools, including Clemson, Florida State, Georgia, Ohio State, Oregon, Tennessee, and Texas A&M, have shown interest in Sanders.
