Good News: Just In Chargers Confirm The Signing Of Another Top Star

Kristian Fulton, a cornerback, was signed by the Los Angeles Chargers today.

After playing for the Tennessee Titans for his first four seasons (2020–23), when he was taken in the second round (61st overall) of the 2020 NFL Draft, Fulton now plays for the Bolts. Fulton has started 37 of the 41 games he has played in the regular season, including the last 35 of them. Fulton had 150 tackles (116 solo), four interceptions, 25 passes defensed, a sack, a forced fumble, and a recovery during the regular season. He also participated in two postseason games, starting two of them and recording six tackles (four of them solo).

Fulton achieved a new career high in 2021 during his second season with the Titans, finishing among the top five AFC defenders with a team-best 14 passes defensed in 13 starts. He also recorded 40 tackles (30 solo) and a career-high two throw interceptions in that year. Tennessee was able to earn the AFC South Division title and the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs thanks in part to Fulton’s efforts in 2021.

New Orleans, Louisiana, native Fulton finished his college career by leading Louisiana State University to a College Football Playoff National Championship in 2019. Fulton also earned second-team All-Southeastern Conference recognition while starting all 15 games for the Tigers.
