Since replacing Jim Harbaugh, Sherrone Moore’s tenure has not been entirely seamless, and at least one Wolverine in the future has noticed.
You can’t really blame the child. Smith’s stature of 6-3 and 201 pounds, combined with his general versatility, classifies him as an athletic. He can truly tackle in the open field since he is quick and long. He could play safety, jumbo cornerback, or linebacker at the next level thanks to those qualities. Regretfully, none of those locations now offer much guidance for Michigan. It goes without saying that Smith’s prospective head coach is no longer in the NFL, having joined the Los Angeles Chargers. Midway through the season, defensive coordinator Jesse Minter left for the NFL in Los Angeles, while linebackers coach Chris Partridge was fired. As of a few days ago, Steve Clinkscale, the coach of the cornerbacks, and Jay Harbaugh, the safety coach, were both gone.
